click on either of these:

"Insert Image" or "Insert Hyberlink". it's just above the smileys on the left hand side. if you reply to this post (just click reply ) it will be there. it's exactly identicle to the one you use to make a press release because it is done through the forum.

Insert Image is if you have a direct link to a pic posted to a site, and Insert Hyberlink is if it's a link to a site with the pic. you can also click on "Additional Options" which is just below the reply box, a little more to the left side of the page. click on that and you can attach the pic if it's a file on your computer. it can only be a gif, png or jpeg file (basically you will see the file as file1.jpeg or file235.png etc.) which has a limit of 10 photos per post and they cannot exceed 200KB (each).
