Nice livery! Where did you get the template please?

Thanks.

If someone's feeling bored and wants to make a logo and/or livery for me, I wouldn't say no. I'm flying 737-700s out of O'Hare in the new Modern game as Second City Skylines. I don't have a logo or a real idea for a color scheme, but if you manage to change the text of

into the name, give it some flair, whatever, I'm sure I'll be happy.

Just because, MT4 has seen the 4th incarnation of Karoo Air, and I thought just out of interest I would post the evolution of the Karoo Air livery.

From the top;

1. Separately made B707 used in JA game, using colours, flags and styles of the time and Apartheid South Africa.
2. B747 in the first version of Karoo Air
3. B767 with improved Mk2 logo and faded out livery.
4. B747 in Mk3, same logo as above, BA style belly and flag motif on the engines.
5. B747 in Mk4, introduction of the flying springbok logo, BMI engine style, BA body and BA style ethnic tail.
6. Current incarnation, Mk5. B767 in my speeding flag tail art and yet another logo. Not sure if I the springbok will come back yet.

Oh come on, they are not NSDAP symbols, they are germanic style iron crosses. They are still used all over the place, ever by the Luftwaffe/Bundeswehr.

As to the Japanese flag, still in use by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, it's simply their naval ensign. (see below)

Thus your knee jerk reaction is basically null and void.

Not my photos.

do not give me a lesson in history....

Dave4468

Well get your history right before you come along an attack someone.

Its a perfectly fine livery, technically brilliant and not offensive. It is simply making a bit of a joke, its not got swastikas on it, its not making a big thing of what happened. The germans are still using the iron cross in that form and the Japanese still use that flag despite in being the ensign of the IJN.

Why don't you have a go at my B707, it uses the 1948-1993 colours and flag of South Africa, that could be offensive. I just used them for historical accuracy.

The joke is that they're kill markings.

Hope this helps idiots

Dave4468

Obviously they're kill marks, thats the bleedin' joke. You might note I actually mentioned it was a joke in the post right above yours...

Kindly don't call me an idiot.

I'm curious what makes it a "n***" aircraft when it's a Soviet plane, with Soviet Communist-themed tail-markings, and Soviet camouflage with German/Japanese kill markings on it.

It's clearly about as far from a "N A Z I" aircraft as one could get.  It's Communist (if one wanted to assign a political ideology to it).

Dave4468

Thats what I was thinking, does the U.S.S.R camo and the red army soldier with a PPSH also count as offensive?

Can someone please make a livery please for a 737 800 For G Airways

THI, sorry but I've come across many of your posts here over the past several months and, quite frankly, you really are a royal pain the *ss.

Just my opinion, of course.  Get a life, man.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to create a logo and a livery for my airline, Havana Breeze.  I currently have a couple of 737-500s and will be getting some Q-400's.  No real preferences on what I would want in paticular, but in general, I suppose I would like something that is simple that suggests warm tropical breezes.  Thanks, in advance, for your help!!

Dave4468

I need advice, which of my Karoo Air liveries above look better?

The current one (bottom) with its all rounded modern stuff or the one above with the flying springbok and BA style livery?
