They are no longer in production.

The usual suspects in the late game : (note : not playing GW4, I'm not sure they are all available) : CS300, C919, A320, B737. TU204 are probably no more sold, and are little too big anyways. F120NG is probably too small.

CS300 is an incredibly good machine, but maybe you need the extra capacity of the C919. A320 & B737 are good choices too, but their production lines tend to be clogged. It really depends on the dynamics of your game. Check what is cheap to buy/lease, with a production line rather empty.....but not fully empty either, you want a few other players to keep it open for times you don't buy new birds.

The Bombardier is a very good plane :)
Expensive, but good

They are no longer in production.

In that case, 737 or A320 win...

Pro-tip - Keep the production line alive next time if you anticipate needing more ;-)

That's an art. 2 GW3s ago, I kept the A148/158 line open absolutely alone between 2015 & 2030(though I lost the A158 somewhere around 2025). I ended up with 650 of them. something like 800 had been built(and I bought something like 200 used, from users in the 2005-2015 era). You have to preemptively buy a few of them(so have enough case, as leasing planes for not flying them is suicide) on a regular basis.

Not a problems I had with 737MAX or Ejets in previous GW3. That's why I say the ideal plane has a few users, enough to keep the lines alive, but not too much, so that an order arrives rapidly, and prices stay sane.

Went with the C919. The MD-90 line was shut down when I entered the game. I used easy start and that's how I wound up with them in the first place. Never again!

MD90's are very good planes also.

Of course, but when they are no more built, and the used market gets dry(I guess it's the real problem, he cannot grow anymore, or replace the old ones costing arms & legs in maintenance), it's time to move on to another model. C919 is not bad, it's nearly as good as 737MAX8, IIRC, fur a much lower price. It lacks very long range, but MD90 too. And very long range for single aisle aircraft is not useful everywhere, by far.

My main gripe against the C919 is that it comes only in one single flavour. But at this price and level of performance, it's still a good machine, easier to get new than A320 or B737, and drinks 10% fuel less per pax than the MD90-55, the best of the MD90 family.
