HS Trident Range Off
« on: June 22, 2016, 08:47:07 PM »
I believe the HS121 range numbers and pax numbers are off. Currently they are:

1C 1170nm, 102
2E 1500nm, 114
3B 1290nm, 132

The Trident Preservation Society list them as:

1C 1000nm, 96
1E 1730nm, 103 (149 max)
2E 2085nm, 103 (149 max, last of the Spey engined HS121s)
3B 1303nm, 136 (180 max)
Super 3B (for CAAC) 1651nm, 136 (180 max)

I would love to provide better sources, but the jerk off Embry Riddle online library links for the HS121 are all broken. Given the obscene demand for the 727 in GW1 (seriously, 5000, 5 times the actual production run???) I think this might be an important aircraft to update.
