[-] planes not flying since SHA - PVG move
« on: May 02, 2016, 05:56:23 AM »
Hello,

In GW3, my base was transferred from SHA to PVG.

Other than the million issues that arose from there, now, 50% of my planes do not fly and have their slots removed, even though there is still demand.

Those planes used to dominate SHA, therefore, even with little demand, they should have flown.
1 game month later, and I lost almost all my slots.

Also, All the other airlines that moved with me, are still flying the routes.

Am I missing something? did I do something wrong?

I am very upset to say the least:(

You did not specify which planes, so cannot really investigate closer.

Hi Sami,

Thanks for the reply.

It was irrelevant of aircraft type. All the MDs, some ATRs and some 767s.

I am not sure if you can see my airline msgs, but if you can, all the routes are there. There are hundreds.
What information would you like?

Check demand on all routes. When PVG opens, it becomes the international airport while SHA becomes domestic with some near international demand. Likely you seriously over supplied demand after the change and your routes were closed, following the 24 hour period to correct it, for violating the games oversupply rule.

After some investigation, what happens is that the slots of the OTHER airport are lost.

I am confused, you show a screen shot of SHA, yet I thought the point of this post was the switch from SHA -> PVG. If you chose to stay at SHA, your flights should not have been affected. IF your base moved from SHA -> PVG, you will have had to re open SHA as a base. This is the same as starting over at a new base even though your have flown those routes for years. The slots and route image from those routes transfers to PVG and SHA becomes a new base. So, the slots will need to be repurchased when you re open SHA.
