Seen ppl has been wondering about this and now it happens to me to. drop of CI for no reason, punctuallity 91%, cansellations 1,19, all possible commercials running, planes less than 4 years, excellent maintained.

So what the freaking fcxk is hurting my image?

Try giving your people a raise anyway. I have seen CI drop due to employees who think they need a raise while morale stays put at 100% (or near 100%). Don't go above recommended salary, just reset to recommended salary and see what happens.

Thnx, giving it a try :)

The new staff levels have been set. You made the following changes:

- Raised the salary of 'Airline CEO'.

- Raised the salary of 'Economics and finance'.

- Raised the salary of 'Flight operations division'.

- Raised the salary of 'Pilots (large a/c)
