[-] Prices not staying changed
« on: January 15, 2016, 06:22:09 PM »
I'm having a problem with changing fares in CTP.

I go into manage routes, look at a flight LAX for example, see that my LF for first class is very low, so I click on the little green and white dollar symbol to change the prices,  which I do, then press confirm. I get the green box at the head of the manage prices section informing me that the pricing changes have been saved. Then if I click on the little green and white dollar for the same flight, the fare that is displayed is the fare it was previously before I changed it.

Some others seem to have experienced the same issue -

Refresh the page - I believe the cached "current price" values don't get updated until you do a full page load...

If you use the Manage Routes page to adjust your prices, the prices do update and change normally. But if you use the percentage based price changes and re-open the popup price dialog without page reload, the actual dollar values are not updated. This is normal behaviour, the advanced 'feedback' of the values has not been built there yet.
