Dornier 228NG?
« on: January 05, 2016, 11:14:00 AM »
I'm just wondering whether the Dornier re-make by RUAG of Switzerland will be launched at all?

I'm looking to expand ops to smaller airfields and the 228 would be a great option!

Matt

Hi Sami, I see the D228-212 is actually included, which is the NG model, but I've yet to see it released in the game? Any further ideas? M

-212 (ceased in 1998) is not the same as NG... Different engines, avionics, propellers etc.

That's a shame, the game lacks a small aircraft for small routes!

At the same time, not many players use SW3 or E120. The even smaller aircraft always end up unproduced. Shame on players who don't cover short lines enough. In current GW3 I'm flying 124 SW3, and it's nearly half of the grand total of the game. In those conditions, Having more variants is not a priority for the dev team - at least, in theri shoes, I would not focus on that.
