I just started recieveing B737 MAX aircraft, with the idea to replace aging B757:s, which I succesfully used on long haul routes, up to max range of the planes.
With the MAX 9 cf dropped from high 80& with the B757 to 25%-30% on 3400 NM routes. Is that reasonable? On slightly shorter, 300 NM routes there is no penalty.
Also flying very tiny 737-700ER over 4000 NM works ok and gives gives much less penalty than the MAX 9!
