My RSS feeder picked up on the MD11 launch, however, it did not specify in any way which world the plane launched in. Many of the other events that are not noteworthy enough to even be distributed to the feed are usually marked with the applicable game world.

Though it's not like anyone will order the orphaned md11 fleet anyway, as it's not common to the diesel 10....

Twitter says it is #GW4. https://twitter.com/AirwaySim

Looking at the feeds at http://www.airwaysim.com/game/feeds/ I see it only in the GW#4 feed

So here is the difference that I'm seeing in my reader....

Had to crop a bit, but there's a gw1 example and the md11 example. Basically, the gw4 events are just captioned game world live feed vs gw1....

Though, looking at the XML, I'm not seeing where that difference can come from. Is is possible that the feed title was changed after the game world launched?

Yes, both feeds are identical in regards to the game naming. Try removing the feed and adding it again.
