Airplane condition

How low should I not go with airplane conditions? Any recommendations?

With normal A/B/C/D checks automated and scheduled the condition will keep in the correct range and you don't have to worry about it. Only exception would be if you get a plane from the used market and it's not in good shape, so you might want to repair it first then ..

Something around 80+% is just fine. You will get minor delays due to technicals but trying to keep everything at >95% is not worth it.
