Pure business and fc with no loadfactor.
« on: July 29, 2015, 09:03:40 PM »
I have a place with full business and first class seat config.

I have other planes on the route that is hacing 90&+ full seats on the route on both first class and business class, yet my newest plane has never had a single passenger fly with it. What am I doing wrong?

The plane is  not within an hour of departure of the other scheduled flights and the prices are the same as the other planes I have on the route.

Planes with less than 50% Y seating in them generally require a CI of 90+ and a RI of 100 in order to sell anything. Search on "magic carpet" to learn more.

I don't understand...

I'm flying (beginner's world) from Hong Kong to Taipei which has a daily C-demand >1000. When I configure a (for instance) B767-300 to full business and fly the route with it, the load factor is 0% ....

Can you explain/help??

First build up ri and also your ci for a higher demand.
Try to transport first economy passengers then build up the premium sector.
Best is to have like 3-10 seats premium on your 767 and as you have higher demand you can add 10-40 premium passengers.
If there is cometition on this route then they can also transport premium passengers.

Good luck
