Looks like another instance of the Used aircraft pricing being completely disconnected from the list price of the aircraft.

I posted examples of that here:

http://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,59439.msg343370.html#msg343370

The pricing of New aircraft (their list prices) is already flexible, reflects popularity of the aircraft.  The Used aircraft prices needs to start from there, use it as a base.

The system is a complete joke indeed, see another example. The parameters need to be reviewed.

The price advisor should be correct as it is taking into account the respective new a/c price now too, fully after this latest update (did not take into account the situation where B model was produced, but A was not, leading to wrong price advisory for the A model's used plane).

(The used a/c offering prices start high but will go drastically down if the plane is not immediately leased/bought)

I am still seeing:

List price of A320-200 of a particular variant, configured approx. $104m.  When delivered, just days old, the recommended price becomes $94m
List price of MD-90-55 around $84m, the minute it gets delivered, it becomes $74m
List price of 764er around $204m, the minute it gets delivered, it becomes $186m
List price of 738 around $100m, the minute it gets delivered, it becomes $91m

There is no randomness now, that was fixed, the recommended price is now consistent (good).

But as you can see, from numerous examples, it is still consistently wrong.
