$3000/month is only $36k/year, and yes that is still very reasonable.  Customer service does not mean working as a retail floor associate, it means customer service.

A quick Google search turns up the average is $32k: http://www.indeed.com/salary/Customer-Service.html

Thank you for your references/sources LemonButt. ...although....this is of 2012-2014/present times.

In 2004 however, I pretty much doubt the average salary was $30k pa. Even if this $3400 pm for CS Staff airlime was the very pinnacle of wages in the game world due to their chosen nation of operation, still seems a tad too much.

I will accept I should have đone research before starting this thread and found out tge figures before hand.
