Avg Lf is beweetn 60-90%.
All staff is little bit overpayed.

Any suggestions to what is wrong, this have not happened that i see -900% on company image every day.

What kind of marketing campaign do you have running at the moment? Do you have any or did it stopped recently.
Also check your flight delays. When you company have a low punctuality  or many cancellation could affect the image drastically

Avarage delay 7 min, 1% cancelation, and 87 % punctuallity.

For me it just dont make sence at all.

My campaigne is for my base city and nearby with newspaper and altso radio i mean.

With the little cancelations and not much delay, i shouldnt even need marketing to be on the pluss side off the image.

Okay that's more than acceptabel, so that won't be it.

The marketing you have is not good. You might think to improve that. I have a image of 70 with radio newspaper and billboard in europe. So you need to invest quite much to get something out of it.
So you could try that and then see what happens

Look at your income statement on an annual basis--did you pay any fines?  Fines = missed maintenance and your CI takes a hit.

It doesn't really matter what kind of marketing you have whether newspapers tvs city, state or country wide. All that matters is the total amount of money you spend. You should ideally spend no more than 10% on your weekly revenue on marketing if you want CI to grow quickly.

Have no fines, and my image is -3 now.

Really dont understand a thing, i only have newspaper i saw. But with almost no cancellations and nothing.

I should at least have a positive company image.

Did you check your aircraft condition? If some of them is in really bad condition that could cause drop in image, even if you perform all the regular checks as supposed.

Try check your aircraft condition, if some of them are below 85 or so then perform extra maintenance.

If that's not what causes this then just cancel your marketing campaign and replace it with more expensive one.

All my airplanes are under 2 years, and average condition is 94%.

I just dont understand nothing here.

Minus 4 in company image, but avg lf 88,7 % so that is not bad.

Just dont understand it at all, minus 4 company image, and avg Lf 88,7 on my planes.

You must spend more on marketing.
