Estimated passenger demand   ~240 passengers / day
Capacity   71 departures / hour
2 airlines: Aston Airways (AS) with 49.73% , British Air Transport (A6) 37.15%
All avlb seats 142, but no slots free betwin 06.00 and 23.00?????

so i cant open a route on that airport, ore it is a bug, ore some one as buy all slots but dont fly them what is against the rules a suppose?  :-[

LHR has more routes using slots than just that 240 pax one...

in order to open route both airport must have slot in the departure time of your choice.

it is not against the rule or bug. but there simply isn't any slot available for you to utilize.

LHR is what we'd call a slot restricted airport.  LHR is nearly always at 100% slots used, so yes--you can't open a route.  Slots grow organically a few per year and will be across all hours, so if you're lucky enough to grab slots when this happens you can open the route.

sami (the game developer) already knows this is an issue and is working on two different major changes that will fix this.  City-based demand will spread all of London's demand across all the airports and all the London airports/airlines will compete with each other for traffic.  The second is "Terminals" which will give airlines an exclusive slot pool versus a public slot pool where a single airline can gobble up all the slots, leaving none for other players and creating a defacto monopoly.
