route oversupply

i have recieved a message about route oversupply. how do i fix this

also even though i am oversupplying routes, when i go to airline information it says no data to display in the transported passengers section. i have opened routes and scheduled a plane to fly them, what am i forgetting ??

Oversupply means you used an aircraft that supplied more than 200% seats of the demand that is shown on route information.You are not allowed to use planes way too big for any route.
How come this was happening anyway? Did you research the demands of the game world before you opened routes or did you schedule your planes out of real-world number guessing? Did you research demand both ways if they differ?
Please refer to the manual and all beginner tips in the forums to learn about proper scheduling.
