Creating a new alliance, anybody interested?
« on: December 05, 2013, 05:26:28 PM »
Hello there,

I have 3 years of experience in Airwaysim, however I have been on a break the past year.

I have loads of experience when it comes to leading an alliance, I have been leading OneSky a few years back, which was a succesfull alliance.

I started playing Airwaysim again a week ago, so my Airline is still expanding, but I don't have loads of aircrafts. I already have a name and a logo for the alliance, but will not be announced to the public yet.

Requirements:

Atleast 20 aircrafts
Your aicrafts may not be older than 14 years in average.
Atleast 1 year of experience in Airwaysim.

Private message me if you are interested.

Sincerely
Adam
CEO and founder of Air Qatar.

Didn't know One Sky has been established pretty long ago, and here I thought it was a new Alliance founded first time in DOTM 6?

I'm not interested in your proposal (and I'm not qualified anyway with the 2 year experience requirement), but have a few questions, if you don't mind

- If you were with One Sky, why not join them? But making another one?
- If you have led them to success, why not rejoin and lead them to their past glory?
- IMO, MT9 is pretty much full with 9 active alliances, what are your goals for founding the 10th

Good luck

I'm one of the alliance managers for One Sky in DOTM 6 and I created/changed/updated the logo, so you probably mistook it for a brand new alliance :)

I've started AWS since DOTM4/MT7, and never seen One Sky, actually

Global Express was a brand new Alliance in mid MT7

Hello Mr. HP,

To answer your first question, I created OneSky back in 2011, with two others, who are not playing Airwaysim anymore. I don't know the current leaders, and it's not the same logo either, which means that somebody has created a new OneSky alliance, without me knowing about it, which is completely okay, I didn't reserve the Alliance name.
That should also answer your second question.
Third question, as a small airline you have no chance to join either of the current alliances, because of the requirements. The reason why I want to create this alliance, is to give small airlines a chance to join an alliance, and recieve advise and help from the members and managing members, hence why I posted those requirements, which will lead to a succesfull alliance, as I have seen it before.

Thank you.
