Probably a noob question

Should I worry about raising my prices due to inflation or it that not factored into the game??

Yes, yes, yes!  Don't forget to reset all your ticket prices every few years. It can make a huge difference in the profitability of your airline.

The only thing to watch out for are routes where you have heavy competition. You'll want to investigate how raising prices affects your market share and overall route profitablity.

Inflation and economy growth vary unpredictably. There´s no way around checking as often as possible how your routes are doing and decide about pricing also according competition.
There is no general optimal rule of thumb.

You should reset your prices now and then. That will fix it. Just remember to watch your heavy competition routes and adjust the price level on those routes accordingly.

Just use the automatic "default" reset button for all routes.

Hi!

As a matter of fact I reset ticket prices about every two weeks. Since the cost of fuel is oneof the main drivers of infilation, if you keep that into account resetting prices on a regular basis, you should be more or less safe. Also, as soon as you findyourself in a fuel spike, adjusting prices is the best way to go to keep yourself in the green figures! :)
