[-] unrealistic C vs F class sales

jtri:
In world 2 I'm flying a 747 with Y,C,F configuration from Doha to LHR.
I have priced C class at 890 and F class at 800. IRL I think every C class passenger would "upgrade" himself to the cheaper F class. But not in that world. They are all sticking to C class.

I must have very ugly stewardesses in F  ;D

Closed: Current system works as intended. Changes possible in future versions (as new features).

I am not sure if this is a bug or just not written into the program.  I couldn't fimd a thread.

I have a flight No: 7407 ORD - SFO 2200 on Sunday.  It is a gap fill flight that I am experimenting with.  I have priced my F tickets at $20 lower than my C tickets but they remain empty.

Is there an upgrade provision to allow any overflow from C pax to F pax seats when C is full if there is no demand in F?

With the configuration on some flights there may not be the demand for F pax and any extra demand for C pax should go to F.

If the game could do this or even if you had to price your F tickets at the same price as the C tickets it would be good.

Paxes do transfer between classes. But not sure in what way that scenario has been written there.. Have to see.

I have been playing around with C and F cass.  I have F class fares way below C class on some occasions and there is no take up on the load even when there is demand.  Is this just that other airlines are charging virtually nothing compared to me or are business class passengers not smart enough to buy First class at less than business class price?

Regards

PS I like the use of colours in the load factors.

FYI - a fix for this will be made when the demand distribution system is updated at some point.

Paxes of different classes move to another class if there are no seats available at the desired class but the "movement" is only limited (let's say for example only 20% of C class pax are willing to move to F class). But that does not check the price of the classes at all. But that's for a later update then.
