world event in 2002?
« on: April 30, 2013, 05:29:56 PM »
i understand there are real world events programmed into the sim. do these take place on the actual date? or are they at the +/- 18 months (like aircraft releases)? cannot figure what world event takes place in mid- to late- 2002?

i noticed a drop in all pax demand (at least from my airport) by almost 50% from when the new bw scenario started.

has anyone else seen this as well?

Yeah, I noticed that too! It's definitely not normal and very noticeable.

It's the new game engine. Every game world starts with 50% the real demand at that time. The demand will slowly increase back to its true demand in 1 year. This is prevent excessive expansion of some airlines
