Such small aircraft that you are flying are very hard (impossible?) to earn money on..

i would have restart the company and use a bit larger aircraft.. ATR´s for example of you still want to work in the small-aircraft segment..

I see you restarted, but you're still doing some mistakes:
- starting with one aircraft ain't good idea... try to acquire more of them
- you are hugely oversupplying your routes - you're not going to be able to fill your aircrafts with passengers
- you're flying European routes with A300 so you need to have rather long turn-arounds - therefore you can't have enough flights per day to make you profitable
- note that turn-around time is also important at you base (right now you have 1:55h turn-around at outstations, but only 0:70h at your base)

I suggest that you take a close look at these topics: http://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,9211.0.html http://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,3728.0.html http://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,31706.0.html - and then restart again. Alternatively, close your European routes and try your luck at longhaul routes (but this might be harder).

I dont really got how you are planing. Why lease such big aircraft and put it on aroutes with that small demand? You have almost dubble capacity on both routes you are flighing...

Maybe he has the bug where you can't see the demand.

You should be able to see a graph of estimated daily demand in the route planning screen whenever you select a particular destination.

See the beginner guides in the Manual for example....

There's no such issue..
