Author Topic: 4 engine JETS were never allowed to carry pax out of KBUR...  (Read 759 times)

in real life. I thought this was being corrected.  Only empty 4 engine JETS came into KBUR for maintenance at times or the odd cargo load. Specifically, 707's, DC-8's, or anything else in  that category.  KBUR was 2-3 engine jets only for pax other than props.
Perhaps if those aircraft were made of composites like today, then it may have been ok, but NOT with full metal jackets. :P

There is no possibility for us to model all these tiny details over whole globe and over last 50 years (since there is no single data source for these).

However.. Tehcnically this is possible now (see London City for example), but will need references/actual data on what types are allowed and what not (bug report on in then perhaps).

I was talking 707's and such. Large metal birds.
