2 md88 both making 100,000 a week about 40 and 45 lf flying to st Louis and Kmsp
The md81 about 200,000 and about 50 lf flying to Kord and kMdw

I am on the edge of 0 and a profit

Your fleet utilization is 11.8 hours, which isn't terrible considering your longest route is around 300nm.  Your load factor of 46% is terrible though--it should be 70%+.  The problem is your getting raped on most of your routes.  You have 3.8% marketshare on the O'Hare route, for example.  That 1 route/day you're flying could be making you much more $ on a route with no competition.  You should also fill demand for a route before opening a new one, which means you should have 1100 seats going to O'Hare before you think about flying to other cities.

You need to dump the ORD route and fly to OKC instead where you have zero competition.  MKE and IND have good demand with little to no competition as well.  There is no point in competing against someone flying 10x daily to ORD and get only a 25% LF when you can fly with 75% LF to other cities with zero competition.

100,000 a week is too low for aircraft that size.  You should be at least at 200,000 per week, hopefully higher.

Make sure that you fly to as few destinations as possible.  Find a competition-free route that is around 1/3-1/2 of the max range of your selected aircraft that can support at least 2 daily flights.  Then fill the demand on the route to 120%ish before moving on to another route.
