How old must an aircraft be to scrap it?
And how much of the value will you get back?

15 years or when it hits a particular percent condition (30%ish or so).

You'll get 25 or 33% of its "value". I don't recall which.

I think 15 years is too young.

After the age of 20 I will consider it, but also depending on the condition.

but it is also depending on market conditions for used aircraf.

If there are enough better aircraft available, and you (and also other airlines) can not use it any more then it is better to scrap it
