I bet you I can guess what happened (without looking at your airlines):
1- Old fleet hit by C&D checks
2- 3+ fleet types with a fleet of <20 planes
3- Low fleet utilization (had planes sitting around too long during the week)
4- Low fleet condition (<75%) which resulted in flight cancellations due to tech problem with aircraft.
If any of these is true, start over and avoid these traps.....
The #1 advise I could give a beginner is this:
When you see a route with very high demand up for grabs.... you dont have to supply the seats all at once. This demand is not going to go anywhere, in fact, it will increase over time. Supplying 1 flight per hour during the course of the next 1-2 years with organize scheduling and efficient fleet will ALLWAYS result in better performance than if you buy whichever plane you can get your hand on to supply to that route. Slow and steady will always be better than aggressive and unorganized..... trust me on this one
