Well, to be honest MXP had always been open since the 70s... It used to cater all long haul flights in and out Milan (i.e.: LIN used to have only european flights. All the flights between Italy and Israel were already landing at MXP. Only the shuttle to Rome used to fly between MXP and FCO).

This issue needs probably to be modeled more accurately in the next games in order to be a bit more realistic.

Just to give you and idea: the Korean Air flight used to fly beteween Seoul and Milan, not Rome. But Alitalia flights to Tokyo used to fly the following route: FCO-MXP-BKK-HKG-TYO.

EYguy there are feature request and bug reporting fourms if you want to suggest a change or point out something that needs to be fixed. Sami may not see your input if you don't post it in those fourms

I also did mine and it feels sad to see all my hard work to improve the game database be improved try to be undone by people. Luckily 99% of AWS user base too lazy to do anything to improve the game like data gathering so I'm sure nothing will be done.

basically the airport is becoming available in AWS in 1998 when they actually opened the new terminal 1. Any idea about which month Airline can start operation here on AWS?

Thanks

Vendetta?? Sorry, but I just do't get why you're getting airports removed that were open to scheduled traffic anyway, the issue with these is the volume of traffic, not the fact that they were open. ???

Yeah many don't ramp up until the 90s so the airport in the 50s not being a true reflection of what it was. But AWS don't represent that so its a hard one.

That's what is currently modelled, the changeover occurs in 1998 when MXP had all the terminals upgraded and international flights were switched to there, Linate serving the domestic mainly (although some airlines flying there got to keep their slots).
