In this world, will the US Embargo on aircraft to Iran take place?

Nope, an airline based in any country can operate an aircraft manufactured in any country.

There is no bans as such, but the demands you see generally reflect geopolitical events at the time. But if there is a route with the demand then you can fly it there will not be a ban on it etc.

The one example I can think of is that there is little/no demand between US airports and Cuba and that reflects the political situation.

Iran can not buy new aircraft from either Boeing or Airbus. However, they can operate the aircraft if they are over a certain age. I think though the aircraft have to be sourced through certain countries for that though.
