Did this game get an earliest next departure feature on the schedule site, or have i just been blind the last 2 weeks?

Yea, though the dropdowns are painful to use. Improvement suggestions to scheduling welcome to respective threads at features forum,.

Correct

Landing+Turnaround = Earliest dep.

Whatever personal settings you have for fleets is not shown.

I NEVER use this time for my next departure.  Always leave the adequate amount of time between flights.  If you need 2 hours to get to 1%, you need 2 full hours after landing.

Some people make a huge mistake of having the ~1% time only during the one turnaround and not both.

On all of my flights with jets, 20-25min after the turn time has always been good enough to not cause delays. I routed a 777 with 160min turns (i think it was) and only had 20min between turn and next departure and the flights were never late or if they were, were only 1-5min late.

I usually put enough time between the flights like if it was turnaround at destination.

I must be a minority then... :-[

Every single flight of mine is set at the earliest departure time and minimum turn-around time at the destination.

Have you got any CI penalties for too low departure punctuality?

I am sure.  Wow, unless you are at 8% or less at minimum, you will be in huge trouble.

I had to do this because I need to stick at least 5x weekly flights to all European destinations (to fill up a 777 schedule). If I add in more turn around time then I can't go 5x weekly per plane.

I don't know any other way to do it.
