Fuel prices
« on: July 19, 2011, 06:56:53 AM »
uh, hate to sound too much like a spoilt little brat.....but does anyone else find fuel at $130 a little bit too low?  I'm sure it will go up soon though.

Pity I can't fill up all the buckets and coffee mugs I have lying around my office waiting for the price to rise..... ;D

Honestly I think every price below $300 is too low and I'd like to see a fuel spike >$700 :)

I concur with the need for a nice long and high spike.

We're down to $123 now.  Hopefully aliens invade soon and take most of the world's crude oil supplies, forcing the price back up.

I'd be happy with a steady price somewhere around the $400 mark with the odd spike.  Oh well, I'm sure we'll get our wish soon!

Poor sami. One day people complain about high fuel prices, next day people complain about low fuel prices. It's something that can't be done right :D

Low fuel prices give you an opportunity to expand and/or retool your fleet with more fuel efficient aircraft.  There will be plenty of people who didn't seize the opportunity when fuel is low that will end up BK when it spikes again :)

I know, I know, I sound like a whinger and I'm sure if fuel hits the $1000, I'll be in there whingeing too!  ;D

I don't mean it to sound like a complaint as though low fuel is a problem, I guess I just feel less challenged with prices so low so thought I'd have a bit of a 'vent'.

Here's an idea; selling fuel between games! I'm sure people in MT5 would love to buy some of our $120 fuel, perhaps we can set up some kind of time machine/wormhole for oil drums lol

I know while fuel prices are custom, they seem to follow historical reality. Fuel was quite low in the 1980s and 1990s
