What change was that? I missed it and I can't find it now. What's the rule (ie is there a ratio to it now?)

I just did a 6Y/125C jet and I get 0% LF on C. What ratio do I fix it to?

I don't know what the tipping point is - I haven't tried much less than about 50-60% Y seats.

I think it depends on CI. If you have a great CI then you can get higher LFs on a majorty C/F plane. So mainly people can't use magic carpets as startup technique.

Disagree.

But how old is that thread? Ask jona or other experts who have operated concordes. It is a commonly known fact that since v1.2 your CI is a lot more important in your C/F pax preference calculations.

You are fully able to sell all seats of even 10 flights (or whatever number) leaving at the very same minute, it does not remove the actual seats. But in practise this would be very hard, or even impossible.

But you are not able to sell all the seats. If you have 2 A320's (to use JumboShrimps example) as opposed to 1 333, your 312 seats on the 2 A320's are treated as having a total of 156 seats, and LF's are halved.

I think that until Sami gets something programmed in the system to warn us when there is a potential scheduling conflict due to short time betwen flights we will all struggle to get our heads around this new feature  :-\

No, like I said the seats do not disappear anywhere. But it changes some factors in the calculation of the flights to achieve the 'penalty'.
