Hi All can anyone tell me if these Aircraft are profitable to run or are they not very good?

They are really good if you look for a prop with high range and huge passenger numbers.

They are very good - one of the reasons I'm in the top 10 airlines for company value!

I'm slowly transitioning now to BAC 1-11's, but that's in part because I have routes that have outgrown the AW's - also as a top airline competing with other top airlines, I need to operate young, modern jets.  Another reason is that to grow my company value I need to mitigate taxes, which means new aircraft orders.

The advantage of this for newer airlines (often at smaller hubs) is that you can pick up my old fleet at very sustantial reductions, and operate them very profitably indeed.

Personally I think they are superior to the F.27 as they cover a much wider range envelope and carry more pax with similar crew etc.  I'll only look at the F.27 if I want to cover some small, marginal routes once the BAC 1-11's are in service.
