From your images it looks like you are more like doing everything, while I don't have to load bags ( ). Though I do it sometimes, if there is a lack of time, and the loading crew is the good guys.

Just asides, and no need to answer or anything, but is your job as underpaid in Finland as it is in Germany?

I consider working at a smaller airport a benefit, in that I get to do everything. Loading at every phase, marshalling, de-icing, cleaning the over-nighters, water and toilet service, etc. Well, I could do without cleaning and toilet service.
Besides, on a typical scheduled turn-around, there's only two of us working. On a charter flight, more of course.
As for pay, compared to my previous job as a security guard I wouldn't consider it underpaid. Ugh. For a newcomer in my job, the salary would be about 1830 €/month + extras for evenings, nights and weekends. Naturally, the taxman takes his own from that...
