1 Used airbus of any varient in the used aircraft market?

Only one aircraft of any make in the 51-100 seat market that is younger than 16 years.

Not one western aircraft in the 101-220 seat market

If you guys think this is bad, wait for another few days when some big players have money  and orders start to pile up and used market gone in secs's. Gonna get a lot worse believe me.

you can survive, be smart build up a good fleet , if you cannot change or terminate lease quick. 3-4 diff types to start up is common especially with this kinda used market.

Money's not an option to me, I always have more than 10m in the bank and I'm making 4m a week. It's just time. For example one of my competitors is constantly green, always on. He always has planes on order. Between when I went to sleep and when I woke up he had 6 737 OGs and 7 ATRs on order, it's ridiculous.

We need aircraft in twin engine jet medium range category most in my opinion. Just spouting off, but lets get a bunch various 737/MD-80/717/A319 aircraft in there. PLEASE I BEG YOU!

Agreed! We need these first and foremost. Most of us aren't ready for 8000 mile journeys yet. ;D

Doubtful. He's been really busy recently, not as much time for our alliance :)

I've decided to break the fleet commonality rule a little bit.  I'll likely end up with 3, maybe 4 types for this first
year.  I'm justifying that by keeping my marketing costs quite low considering that I've only just now expanded into my 4th
destination city.

I love Japan so far.  If I tried what I'm doing right now in the US, I'd be in trouble.  I still might be, considering I just found out
that one of the premiere alliances in the game has a member at the same airport as me.
I've done that before. It costs a little more to do, but its no catastrophe if you're careful. Especially at the beginning of a new game, sometimes you have no choice.

I've got 4 fleet types right now.  I'm about to lose one, but will gain another.  I try not to do this, but in a game like this (or any other at AWS) it's more about simply adding airplanes than anything else.  I'm in an airport with 31 slots per hour.  I don't have time to wait for that occasional 738.
