Cost analysis
(1/1)
jeburiah:
I can see the "Financial overview, weekly estimate" on each aircraft's individual page but there is no estimate for another item which is affected. I would like to see the addition of staff salaries in two places. Each aircraft's "My Aircraft's" page and each "Route Information" page. Basically I would like to see a breakdown of all costs for a single route to be able to determine if that route is making a profit or not.
I can see a need to have a efficiency graph for the all-total cost of the route to also determine if the route is worth it or not to continue.
sami:
The salaries were there previously but it's rather hard to split them up for each aircraft. Unless we just want to do it so that it's a simple "total staff / number of planes = cost per plane" style.. Which gives bad results for smaller planes.
jeburiah:
Yeah I know it would not be an easy thing to do. I have small aircraft (8 pax) and want to see it they are really a benefit to my airline. This is a way I thought it could be displayed.
Sami - is there any other way to determine this or tell me the best way to see this?
sami:
hmm, actually when thinking on this, I should be able to split up the pilot/cabin crew costs per fleet group. But for other staff that would be like I said above and in that case bigger planes "would be better".

Is there a way you could read the current pay rate for each different airline. I may not pay the same as airline "B" for example so the numbers should be different for the same setup type (aircraft and configuration) on competing routes.
