which aircraft should I go for
« on: November 05, 2010, 06:50:04 AM »
Looking for my long term fleet. I need a medium haul aircraft capable of carrying around 250 pax, C and Y). Distance will probably be around a maximum of 2500 NM.

Which aircraft do you recommend as being the best?

I was thinking about the B753. But then we will be half way through the game when I can get these birds. So I wondered if anyone had any other suggestions

You could go with a 787 if you have money to throw out the window. Or the 767-200, but the 753 is really the only option that fits your critera, you're gonna have to wait forevor for anything.
No replacement for displacement

How many do you need?  You can order factory new right now and begin taking deliveries in about 6 months.  The 753 would be a great fit for the route/demand you describe.

There is also the A300?
The used market generally has some of these floating around....
