Raise wages take an image hit???
« on: November 03, 2010, 04:04:53 AM »
I raised wages back to 100% after a short period of tight budgets, I took a hit when I reduced the wages, I an understand that, but when I raised them I got another hit a whole 5%, why???? Should it be neutral at least. Sami?

Wage requirements don't go up linearly.  It may go from 2600 to 2620 to 2610.  If you set it to 100% when it is at 2620 and again to 100% at 2610, you have actually gave a pay cut.  BTW, you don't have to reset the pay daily.  Once per year is more than enough.

I haven't reset the pay a single time since the game start, and all my personnel are 100% happy   8)
If I now raised them to suggested, I would have to raise the salary by several hundreds, or even by $2000 for pilots and high management...
