Wow, this incredible number of used DC-3s makes it almost impossible to scroll through the used market and keep an overview of what is on offer. When finished scrolling the DC-3s, the market has been refreshed by then....  ;D

they would be great if you could go further than 260 miles with them.

which in the real world they could easily go beyond that. In fact in the real world they had 'longer legs' than the C-46 Commando which here has more than triple the range

yeah, I did that with my DC-6's when I re-configured them as 2-class aircraft. I wanted to do the same with my C-46 but they only accept economy...

I see ya talking about the used market, wonder if one of you can explain the configure section. Why cant i take out some Y standard class and put in some C business class. New member to this

I think something like 15,000 DC3s were made in real life.

I've found that most small and medium sized aircraft (like my C-46's) do not accept any class beyond Y which is a shame really as I wanted to put 2 C seats in them to serve better on my routes and image (in my mind) as a premium carrier.

try the de Havilland Heron 2  he goes up to 750 and doesn't burn any fuel at all

Beside you can still have them quick on order
