The Tu-204 should be compared to the 757, not the 738!

Am I doing it right?

Why, cause they LOOK alike? Best to look at the specs, and not the aesthetics.. :)

Hehe, why don't we just create a permanent topic in the forum that compares the Tu-204 to every conceivable aircraft we can think of? Somehow this russian guzzler seems to have an underestimated compassion.

Waiting for new OR used aircraft is always frustrating at the beginning of a new game. Its just always been this way since I've been playing. I would go bankrupt if I could and start over but I can't use a fleet of 747-sp's nor can I afford it. I just keep adjusting pricing to try and find what works.

Plenty of Fokker regional aircraft laying around if that works out for you.

I'm still a fan of the 747-200, some of them are only 80mill in price. Highest pax per lease price.

Lowering the prices never work either you shall reset prices every once every real day or better every time fuel prices are adjustet.
Or you shall do as written before but also lower all prices with 10% not more not less.

Just order some new aircraft. My first new 757-300 out of 12 is about to arrive. I'm so excited.

Yeah, but the leases are insane on new aircraft. A new 737 is somewhere in the neighborhood of 700,000-800,000 USD per month. Compared to 500,000 and below for a slightly older one, that's going to cut into profits quite a bit.

Well but the alternative is not to get any planes ?

Well, there is a bunch of attractive planes in the new market, where you can get deliveries within a few game weeks. Just a hint: B717... But don't tell!!!

Even if you wanted B737, its back ordered by 325 planes.

If you want B717, that's a way to go. However, they will need to be replaced before fuel gets too high(which i guess will occur in about 6 years) - based on the Air Travel Boom game model.
