I am operating a 747-100/SR from SJU to JFK, the problem is....

Y is hardly selling and C is selling briskly. I 'm not quite sure what to think? Anyone ever have a topsy turvy like that before? My airline is Aero Puerto Rico. Not sure if I should discount or not. Trying both. Help! :-\

I don't know how long your going to be around with a 747-100.... but it could be because of stiff competition, it might be from teh fact the route is new - so you have low Route image (and/or your company is new and you have low image period against competition), maybe if you packed too many seats in Y and your getting the 'poor' rating that is affecting things....
