[-] Charged twice for the same C check

I'm WestAir in beginners world, my aircraft is a B737 #123WA and this happened during week 12.
I think it also happened before just not sure what date.
If I have an aircraft's C checked schedule very soon and decide to move it up because I have a spare aircraft to take over it's route, will that cause a double payment ?

no. if you do the c check yourself another one wont happen for a year

I know that ......... and that's not what I'm worried about.
About a month in advance I get a notice that there is a C check coming up and then the message says it's automatically deducting the fee's now.
And then it deducts them again when the C check actually starts or at least if I decide to move up the C check a week or two manually.
That's what I think is happening and is what I'm worried about.

what are your maint. settings? Are you on auto or manual?
When does this game take fees out early? I don't recall ever having that.

There on automatic but sometimes when I have 2 C checks of the same model and there close to each other I'll move the flights to the one just finished the C check and move up the other C check.
