flydreamer:
Believe me, you're not the one who suffer from this weird weather condition. I have an airline based in Xiamen, China and this weather craziness happens usually starting from September and will end in February or March. And apart from those months, Xiamen is very calm, and the 'weather cancellation' is less than the 'scheduling cancelation'.

My weather delay currently is about 17000 mins and the cancellation is about 110 cancellations. But, this is because this weather craziness has just started, it's September in my game. But, in December, it will be such a mess.

THI:
now it is getting better.
but i have had this 9 months long.
there is no hurricane period in this long period. it is not possible.

swiftus27:
Guys, remember with most airlines, especially domestic ones, that a storm hitting X can affect Y even if they are 1000nm away.

A storm hits Houston and Cleveland is affected because some pilots are stuck down in Texas.

We've all seen this.  Perfect day and there are no pilots..... and the counter agent says its because of the weather.

Curse:
Every time I think the weather in Los Angeles sucks I take a look at the old screenshots from Moscow - Domodedowo and be happy with only 65% weather delay  ;D
