[ok] Alliance Score ! Not producing pop-up box

I cannot get the ! situated next to the alliance score to pop-up. It was working fine yesterday and as the screenshot shows, the other ! next to alliance rating is working fine.

It seems it's only on IE, as it works fine on Firefox.

hmm you are right, does not work on IE (tested FF only too). Gotta check it.
