following problem... I'm sometimes short of money and want to park some planes... of course I would have to pay the leasing... but why the checks? ... now, the problem... if I disable the automatic check for all planes, even my flying planes won't get it (and I can't do that manually, if I'm really short of money) and if I don't do that, I'll pay the checks for planes, that I don't want to use ... maybe anymore...
ok, it's a bit a special problem, but when you're in financial trouble, this missing feature makes it even worse...

Continuing to pay the checks when its automated gives you less of an incentive to hog planes...
If you're making enough money to be able to afford to park a significant number of planes, then the check costs should be immaterial to you anyway (I know this from the previous Jet Age where I was printing money and had a few hundred planes parked).
You can also put them out on the market, which disables the checks, but makes them available for other players.... (generally jacking the price up all the way and making it a purchase only keeps most buyers away...)

There will be a separate storing option for planes and that could be used here, but it's not exactly for this purpose. But details later on.
