[-] Update to Tokyo Haneda

Didn't see this topic posted anywere, so I decided to start it.
I think that Tokyo - Haneda should be updated for International traffic demand in the year 2010 or so.
Here's the reason why:
ANA, JAL, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Eva Air, Malaysia Airlines, and Thai Airways are starting International Services in the Fall of 2010 and early 2011.

good find, Monk... it appears a new runway will be completed soon and intl flights will again fill the skies above Haneda.
