I'm just leased BAC-one-eleven and schedulling them then I go to personal office to hire new staff and then I see medium pilot morale is -63 ! :o

yeah about 4 month ago I fire 30 medium pilot to retire my vickers viscount.
I think when we leased new aircraft type we must hire new medium pilot too not my old vickers viscount pilot with -63 morale. :-[

If you fire staff the morale goes down, but it will climb back up slowly to 30pts (even with 0 staff), this will take some ~6 months or so. So basically no bug here, but I adjusted the "empty staff morale climb level" a bit faster. (but not too fast that someone could cheat with that...)
