[ok] Registration numbers

I'll drop the "W", G-TSAA, that gives me 52 a/c of each type.

Or I could change it to say G-WOSA (for a Trident OneC)

Although normally I'd go G-WAAA, WAAB, WAAC and so on but I'm trying a different method.

Please make it automatic based on your last registered aircraft with an option for the player to edit. That will make everybody happy but please do something as this is the single most annoying thing to do in AWS

sami:
Yes, it would work so that you must assign ONE reg.nr. and then the system automatically picks just the next number or next alphabet that is free.

For example:
 - N123AB is the first that you must type in manually.
 - Then automation starts to assign: N123AC, N123AD, .. etc. until it reaches last letter and flips to N123BA and so on.

Or if it's numbers then it's just (previous + 1).  RA-12345 =>  RA-12346, RA-12347 ...

No fleet group formatting specific or other fancynancy things would be available. If you wish to group reg's by fleet, assign manually like now.

How about being able to assign series of registrations to types of aircraft?
I have a system a bit similar to Daves, with -BOx for my 767s, -BEx for ER 767s, -MDx for the MD80s and so on.

Would be great if we could assign aaa-aaz to given aircraft type(s) and the system would take care of the rest.

+1

I have the same system but we do not always remember the laster letter of the serie and open the reg window at each aircraft... quite long when our connection is lazy.
