[-] Penalties for use of Real world airlines names

When an airline in the real world use a name close to an established competitor it creates a conflict which is almost always ended by payment of penalties and to the change of name.
Could it be the same in AWS ? If we have a name close of exactly the one of a real world airline we could be fined.
E.G.
1 - First warning by internal MP.
2 - Small Fine with a fix amount of 10,000
3 - Second fine with a variable amount equal to 2% of the Turnover.
4 - Close of the Airline
To report not complying companies we should have a button on each company page.

The use of RW airline names in this game is forbidden. If you spot one, inform the game admin(s) and the airline has 48 hours to re-brand or be closed.
However, I think that airlines in game with almost identical names should be fined as well. (Unless it can be proven to be some kind of alliance form like we had recently with the Nordic airlines).

Yes this is forbidden but it does not seems to bother some players.
Automate the process would help to regulate the names.

Why would this be necessary or be of any use?

Penalties for name violations are in the rules, and the penalty is a) warning b) airline closure. There won't be allowances to use real trademarks with the ability to just loose some virtual income.
