Lack of staff, huge delays, but staff is at 100%

I lost third weeks every week 0.5 to 1.5% CI due lack of staff, but I had always 100% staff...  :-\  I know there are always delays, even if you have 100% staff, but there shoudln't be this much cancellations.

This is a screenshot from my other game, EC#2, V1.1 and this shows what my experience with delays is. Ok, I only play AWS since three month, but I looked very often at the delay screen, also in my ATB game.





Sorry to bother you always with my problems, but I try to avoid things like that by myself and often I find the problems or can minimize them, but I can't do anything against lack of staff if staff is at 100%.  :-\

So, just to check, you're sure that you have 100% of required staff at every position and that you're paying them normally? Do you have auto-staffing on? In normal circumstances, you shouldn't really have any cancellations due to lack of staff as far as I know, so you're right to be concerned.

Yes, I have an extra shortcut-tab in Firefox for the personal bureau and after each route scheduling (and since the problems described in the other thread every time I browse through my airline and the forums) I adjust the staff levels to 100% and make sure that I have that much employees I need, for example 51467 / 51467 (100%). Also I watch every time how the personal costs rise, so I have more than two extra controlls if there are really 100% of people working for me.

The paying is standard, morale is at 100% and I rise the paying always if this message from human resources bureau is sent . Auto-staffing is off.

So there is a very very very small chance that the staff was not 100%, BUT than there was a need for staff without new aircraft arrived and without routes scheduled.


This is not a final statement of mine, because I know I'm a human and every human makes failures - I do them in AWS very often, but try to lern from them. But at the moment I think this problems are out of my range.  :-\

News on this!

At my current view through my airline I noticed the following:
Lack of staff! employees "51467 / 51747"

No new or used aircraft arrived, no new routes scheduled.... without any reason I had to hire new people. So, I hired pilots but no flight attendands.  :-\

This must have happened since my last posts here (02:03am, UTC+2 and this post (02:40am, UTC +2)
