this new fleet list will save you a lot of money as you're not buying multiple variants of one aircraft model, and because the more you buy of that one type the bigger the discount.
In terms of making the money to get these aircraft: I can't help you there. All i know is that you won't have to make as much now with the above fleet. :)

Your suggested fleet is just the same as his desired fleet. It will count the aircraft family, not individual aircraft. You are still flying 4 types of aircraft - A330/340, B777, B747 and A380.
So Intertint you can just go for what you want. With the size of your desired fleet, you are making sufficient money to cover whatever commonality cost.
